Our First Repeat Customer
Today was only our 8th day in business, only the 8th day since we launched Jack Franklin to the world. The philosophy is simple---provide high-quality ties at a very reasonable price. And that philosophy will flow through to other products as well in coming months.
We had our first repeat customer today. As I've been speaking to our initial customers, I'm starting to realize that people have been waiting for this for years. I stood with one customer who had 20 Jack Franklin ties on his desk. We realized that in any other setting, those ties would have cost thousands.
I hope today's first repeat customer is just the beginning. My hope is that Jack Franklin will become a brand that treats you right, that gives you an uncomprimised online experience. I hope Jack Franklin is a brand that you can relate to and that you want to be a part of.
